Founded by Emma Shaw in 2025, Orton Shaw provides product development support and consultancy to fashion brands, helping to guide collections from concept to production.
Working closely with internal teams, Orton Shaw offers freelance, hands-on support to strengthen processes, systems and approval frameworks - translating creative vision into well-executed, commercially viable collections, working with brands as they grow.
As an individual, Emma holds over 10 years’ experience, with a background spanning product development, buying and marketing. Across her career she has worked on lifestyle, sportswear, swim and lingerie categories, specialising in driving the development of collections.
